At TRADE ACADEMY we believe that gastronomy goes beyond the dishes prepared by a chef. Those dishes deserve to be accompanied by a good service, a good drink, a good reception and a good atmosphere.

Unfortunately, to this day, quality training remains centered in the kitchen and the dining room staff does not yet receive adequate training for the importance of their role.

Our mission is to train service personnel capable of doing their job in a professional manner and to give the sector the value it truly deserves.

We believe that the human aspect must reign in the world of gastronomy, so we created a platform for a comprehensive training that seriously addresses the need for teaching in this sector from the technical, human and commercial viewpoints.

Our trainings stand out due to their commercial vision since we consider all gastronomy workers as potential sellers and we want to provide them with the tools to develop these skills which are so necessary in their daily work.

All our courses were created first hand by people intimately linked to the gastronomy world so as to teach not only how the tasks are done but also how these professions are lived.
