The service must follow certain steps in a set order for the experience to be complete and enjoyable, from the reception until the customer leaves.
The general order is as follows:
- Customer reception.
- Table assignment.
- Delivery of letter.
- Offer drinks.
- Bring a drink (and breadbasket if any)
- Take the order.
- Deliver the order in the appropriate order: first starter (if any), then main course, then dessert or coffee/spirits.
- Deliver the account and collect.
- In case the restaurant has a customer database, I offer to participate in it.
- I dismiss my client and thank him for his visit.
