Camila 19 de septiembre de 2026

The service must follow certain steps in a set order for the experience to be complete and enjoyable, from the reception until the customer leaves.

The general order is as follows:

  1. Customer reception.
  2. Table assignment.
  3. Delivery of letter.
  4. Offer drinks.
  5. Bring a drink (and breadbasket if any)
  6. Take the order.
  7. Deliver the order in the appropriate order: first starter (if any), then main course, then dessert or coffee/spirits.
  8. Deliver the account and collect.
  9. In case the restaurant has a customer database, I offer to participate in it.
  10. I dismiss my client and thank him for his visit.
