Problems with superiors and highest authorities
Camila 19 de septiembre de 2026

When we have a problem with a superior, we must understand why. If I am doing something wrong in my work, if my behavior was not being adequate, if I was performing less than what they expect from me or ultimately, the problem was my responsibility, I must assume my mistake and show that I am willing to improve, this should be enough to rebuild the relationship.
If I understand that the problem is not me and that it is something personal against me, and I am being treated unfairly, I try to reach a consensus with this person, if this is not possible, it is best to go to a higher authority or human resources so that they can intervene and help us with the problem.
If the problem is with the highest authority, and it was my responsibility, I act in the same way as with a superior. In the event that the problem was not my responsibility, and I was suffering some type of abuse, it is best to leave the job immediately, we should not be where they do not want us and if I consider it necessary, I should seek legal advice and take the measures that are necessary for my well-being.
