It is very important to have a balanced work team, with a good group relationship so that the workflows are the best possible.

The relationship with our co-workers is very important. We must bear in mind that a successful service depends on the proper functioning of all sectors.

If we have problems with our colleagues we will not only be affected as individuals, but it will also affect our work.

We must always avoid conflicts and confrontations with colleagues and solve them in the best possible way and as soon as possible. Never argue with our colleagues during the service, much less in front of customers.
Talk to my partner in question to try to solve the problem, avoiding any kind of violence. If the problem is serious and we do not reach a consensus, go to a superior so that he can mediate the situation.

The best way to have a healthy relationship with my colleagues is to understand each other’s role, take an interest in their work, understand their times and limitations, not engage in gossip, or start rumors about someone. Our work will be much more pleasant and productive in a work environment of collaboration and companionship.
