Our mission is to train service personnel capable of professionally conducting their work and giving it the value that this neglected sector deserves.
Our training stands out for their commercial vision since we consider all gastronomy workers as potential salespeople, and we want to provide them with the tools to develop these skills. We also believe that the human side must reign in the world of gastronomy, which is why we wanted to create a comprehensive training that seriously addresses the need to teach from the technical, human and commercial aspects.
Our training was created firsthand, by people intimately linked to gastronomy to go further and teach, not only how it is done but also how these professions are lived.
