Problems are inevitable when we live with other people.

What we must take into account in our work environment is that we are prone to face problems with our environment, co-workers, customers, a superior, etc., and that we will not always be able to avoid them, but we can always find a solution for them.

It is essential to first have patience and empathy with colleagues or toward clients, and then be prepared to offer solutions immediately, discreetly and accurately.
