It is important to maintain a good relationship with my co-workers, no matter what area they belong to.
Good results depend on each sector and the fluidity between them. If the kitchen works badly, the service cannot go well, if the kitchen works well, but I do not do my job well, the result will not be positive either.
Therefore we must all work in harmony and respect each other’s work, avoid conflicts and if they cannot be avoided, seek the best solution in a peaceful and objective way.
